Loved my stay

Excellent hospitality! I stayed here for my birthday, and the team surprised me with top-tier service. On my third night (which happened to be my birthday) , I returned to my room to find a bottle of sparkling wine waiting in a chill bucket, alongside a beautiful small cake and macaron. The attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere made for an unforgettable celebration. Thank you to the staff for making me feel like a VIP!"

This place was great other than their ridiculous elevator! The one on the right side stops at the second floor every single time, up or down, causing huge disruption around check out, but just generally annoying the rest if the time. Other than that it it’s a good set up, pretty well maintained, bigger hotel rooms, in a great neighborhood

Fantastic, well located, 24 hour Hotel

Excellent hotel for a convenient base, our room was very clean and there was a wonderful housekeeping team who were great at their job. It’s very central for lots of different places, not too far to walk to the old town, plenty of food places there, and it’s even more beautiful at night.
Being English, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to have a cup of tea, but a kettle was provided, along with tea/coffee making facilities, even though I brought my own t-bags! We didn’t find anything wrong with our room, the air conditioning was a life saver, everything worked fine, and neither did we have much dealings with the staff, because we were too busy enjoying València to be nit picking about silly things! Wonderful hotel, which we will definitely be staying in, if we ever come back to Valencia. Thank you!

Lovely, Comfortable Stay in Central Location

Lovely 4 nights at Senator Parque Central Hotel. Took a taxi from the airport €25-30.
Able to check in and access our room straight away (mid-afternoon). Spacious twin room (you can separate the beds if you choose to).
The room had a sort of dressing area which led to the bathroom - I loved how the bathroom was separate to the main bedroom. High quality large bathroom towels - always a bonus. Not a tiny over-laundered towel you cannot wrap around you! Free safe. Kettle. Two complimentary bottles of water stored in the fridge alongside the glasses - nice touch so that you had the option of chilled water when you arrived. Breakfast was fantastic - credit where credit is due. It is served in a lovely area on the first floor; you could order a variety of eggs/omelette to your table - another lovely touch.
All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant. Shout out to reception for helping us with directions/information in English. Since my Spanish is virtually nothing; your ability to communicate in multiple languages is always appreciated.
Out and about, we took the Number 8 bus outside the hotel towards the Bullring/Station Nord and the central tourist area. Once we got our bearings, we realised we could walk this in around 20-25 minutes. We also found a couple of wonderful bars and restaurants in very close proximity to the hotel.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.
