Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and the staff at breakfast were very good. This was my second stay at this hotel, it is very central and close to the Metro. I will definitely stay here again.

Horrible and absolutely unbelievable experience for a 4-star hotel
We paid a high price for a stay in a 4-star hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was far below what would be acceptable, especially considering the price we paid.
As soon as we reached the first room, we found the toilet visibly dirty, with urine on the exterior. We immediately informed the reception that we changed rooms. However, in the second quarter, although the problem was less serious, the toilet had exactly the same type of lack of hygiene.
Furthermore, the sheets had several stains, the carpet was filthy and full of dust, giving a general feeling of lack of cleanliness and maintenance. After an initial room change and already extremely tired, we decided not to ask for another change, because it became clear that the problem seemed to be one of general hygiene and cleanliness, and not just that specific room.
As if that weren't enough, throughout the night we heard a constant vibrating noise, similar to the sound of a mobile phone receiving notifications repeatedly, which made it even harder to rest.
Before booking, we saw several reviews regarding the fact that the hotel is old-fashioned. Honestly, that wouldn't be a problem for us. We don't need a modern or luxurious hotel. We need, indeed, a clean, hygienic, and comfortable place. And that was precisely what we didn't find.
It was an extremely unpleasant and, frankly, unbelievable experience for the price paid. When you pay for a 4-star hotel, you expect, at a minimum, hygiene, cleanliness, comfort, and adequate conditions for rest. In this case, unfortunately, all of this failed.
I sincerely hope never to repeat an experience of this kind. I will not return to this hotel and certainly will not recommend it. Paying for a 4-star hotel and receiving this level of lack of hygiene and discomfort seems simply too expensive and unjustified to us.
Two positive points: the breakfast bacon was very good and the location was very good too.

Unpleasant stay

Location is good but the hotel need serious repairing. We had to change to a different room due problems with the one we were assigned but moving to the new one we forgot some clothes on the old one.
That disappeared and nobody at the hotel, email or whatever way I try to get information about this provide any solution or even answer. Beware with your belongings if you stay there.

DISGUSTING HOTEL

I chose this hotel because it is in the center, near several metro stations of different lines, plus the airport shuttle stops nearby, which is convenient—no need to change transport, and it's a couple of minutes' walk to the hotel... In the photos on Booking, the hotel seemed quite decent... BUT in reality, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in... especially since the price for it was quite high...(for example, in Varna, I stayed in a 3-star hotel for 300 euros cheaper, and the hotel and service were much better!)... I will list the disadvantages in order (the only plus was the location!):
1. The room hasn't been vacuumed once in 7 days, the toilet hasn't been washed once, there was no hand soap for 2 days... after 2 complaints, they finally refilled it (WHAT A RELIEF!)
2. The towels are dirty, old, and not fresh...
3. The mattress is terrible
4. There was something left in room 118... near the window there was some structure visible... whether it was that or I don't know what... periodically there was a strange hum in the room... we complained to the reception... the result was 0! They endured this hum for all 7 days, like in the Inquisition!!!
5. The rooms are horribly inconvenient, the placement of the closet and toilet doors, what are they worth...
6. Svetlana, you can basically say no (the lighting from a couple of dark orange lamps is terrible), as are the sockets... I had to pull out the lamp and put my phone on charge...
7.Breakfast is a nightmare... I understand that they dilute everything with water... 50/50... there wasn't even 1% juice... just water...
