The services exelent but the television remote not working and capol off things need to repair like shelf in the bathroom the flooring but it's kan by forgettable!

Just plain gross

"Aparthotel" is an excessive exaggeration.
It is a small apartment in a rundown apartment block in a bad area. There is no "24 hour reception" reception, but only a hidden guard who plays with his cell phone all day. You can get the key via a key box on the door and code by mail.
Upon entering the apartment, you immediately see a tattered paper ceiling lampshade, the connection of which is exposed. Because of the splintery and split laminate on the floor, it is better to keep the shoes on. It then becomes exciting when going to the toilet, because the door cannot be closed because it has apparently been broken open. Inside and outside the door are disgusting traces of undefinable liquid that has run down there. The shelf in the bathroom under the mirror is no longer present, only the holders protrude from the wall. In the bathroom floor and shower cubicle is dirty, rosy and gross. No less gross is the living room with shoe prints just below the ceiling - that would still be possible. But shoe prints on the sheet show that you were probably not the first user. Pfui Teufel! After a half-dressed New Year's Eve on the rock-hard mattress, we left this establishment on 1 January in a curse and fled to a real hotel.

No any staff for checking or customer service within whole day 24 hrs ? Instead a security guard of the whole apartment is doing these work on professional, the worsted thing is the security guard even threatening the guest at 6;30 am morning to move out the room one day before the official check out date without any reason , issued bring the police attendance to solve it . Terrible ,

disgusting because when we return to the hotel no electricity no wifi we use mobile phone to light up the toilet,after we we woke up in the morning the door locked we dont know why its happen i go to the window to take an exit its dangerous because we arw in 3F i cant still open i call the guard the he do nothing,then he enter inside using the window to enter.he forced to open the door
