Good location, bad bed in studio 5

Unfortunately, I apparently can't write a review on booking.com, so I'll have to write it here. Check-in was smooth, the studio was clean and in a good location. I had read in a number of older reviews on booking.com that the bed was quite noisy and that people could not sleep well because of it. When I had just booked, I immediately asked whether this had been resolved in the meantime. I received the response: “yes, this should have been resolved by now.” Unfortunately this was not the case, the bed in studio 5 creaked so loudly with every little movement that we could barely sleep. After the first night we sent a message to ask if this could be resolved quickly, unfortunately no response so we tried for one more night. The next morning I was completely exhausted so I decided to send another message, after a while no response so we booked another hotel and asked for our money back for the last 2 nights. We eventually got this back, but our trip was partly ruined because we were both so tired from poor sleep. In itself it is recommended, but not studio 5. However, I don't know whether the other studios also suffer from this.
